Meet the Directors

Glyn has been involved in Experiential Marketing since before it was called Experiential Marketing. Never been known to drop the ball Glyn prides himself on always getting the job done, usually because he planned the activity in the first place. Very commercially minded he despairs at both wasted opportunities and wasted budget. Hugely resourceful with a list of contacts second to none he’ll always know somebody who can. Also very good at counting.

For the past 23 years, Iain has worked in leading FMCG companies including Unilever, Heineken and AB InBev.
As Managing Director of the European Speciality and Craft Division (Pioneer Brewing Company) at AB InBev, Iains experience of running large Sales and Marketing departments and being responsible for multi-million pound budgets has given him first-hand experience of the power of ‘joined up commercial thinking’.

Drive and determination are Lesley’s key strengths. Very experienced in the field Lesley never leaves anything to chance, she’ll spend hours finding the right component or person to achieve the very best possible results. Lesley takes great pride in presentation, everything and everybody has to be immaculate and completely immersed in the brand, a real tough taskmaster. Very sales minded Lesley likes nothing better than to see a brands sales graph going upwards. When Lesley isn’t working she enjoys working.

When Megan was making programmes for BBC Wildlife she knew not to set off without being fully researched, resourced and prepared. Her director’s eye produces photography and video that our clients can use for all their publicity and social media needs. Megan's previous experience in news and current affairs programming makes her extremely PR savvy, she never misses an opportunity to visually capture anything remotely interesting. Megan's last two projects were interactive city-wide cultural events.
